South Chicago Christian Center, Inc. was founded by Pastor Tom and Faith Kennington and is organized and operated exclusively to live out Biblical commands to love God and others by demonstrating the fruits of the


Holy Spirit through prayer, bible study, community service, worship services, youth development and other faith-based services. We understand that in addition to the physical problems and needs experienced by every human being, all people are created to know and be known by their Creator in Heaven. Unfortunately, too few people experience the life-transforming grace and love that is freely offered by the God of the Universe through His Son, Jesus Christ!


Thanks to our Church Partners including Christian Hills Church, Christian Life Church, Living Hope Church, Pathway Christian Fellowship, Bayside Baptist Church, and Valley Christian Church and our many other friends and supporters, our programs are free of charge to the community!
