Surgery Fund For Jack

I'm reaching out with a heartfelt request for your support. As some of you may know, my husband Jack is currently facing a challenging health situation that requires multiple surgeries.

Jack has severe avascular necrosis in his left hip and left knee. Blood is not reaching the bone, causing it to deteriorate and die. It has happened rapidly and is very painful. The cause has still yet to be determined, but he is scheduled to see a rheumatologist to investigate the likelihood of it being related to an autoimmune disorder.

His hip is in the worst shape and needs to be replaced ASAP. The holdup now is that he requires extensive dental surgery before they can schedule a hip replacement surgery. They are worried that if his dental needs are not addressed, it can cause bacteria and infection to get into the bloodstream, which will cause the hip procedure to fail.

Dealing with his medical expenses, on top of it taking three months to receive his first disability payment, has been overwhelming. And now we have been told that we have to come up with close to $4000 up front before they will do the dental surgery. That’s why I've set up a GoFundMe campaign to help cover the costs of Jack’s needed dental surgery, that will clear the path for him to be able to get a hip replacement surgery.
