I am April's mother,Betsy Oakley.  February 8,2016 April went  to work with a headache,she had been to the ER the night before but the meds  did not help. After telling the Denist that she works for about the pain and where it was they told her to go back to the ER that  something was not right.  Thank you Dr Gray and Dr.Allen. you saved her life. The surgeon said 24 hours later she may not have made it. April had a Brain Aneurysm and surgery was performed at John Hopkins in Maryland.  After an 8 hour surgery she was out without any long term affects. Now comes the long healing. She is still in ICU and may be moved to a regular  room Monday or Tuesday. Her employers are being great but she may be out of work for more then a month and will need to pay some of the Doctors  bills and medical bills,she does have insurance but she will not have a paycheck.  To ease the strain we are asking for a little help. Her family will help all they can but April is very worried about how she will pay her bills .   Any amount would be great,her health was in Gods hands and I know He has this as well.  And thank you all for the thoughts and prayers and outporing of love that has been shown  to us.
