SUPPORT Wyrd Wood Village - NEW Magical Mini Park

Hello! I'm Jessica - the owner of Yarrow & Sage and organizer of the Austin Witches' Markets. I've spent the last six years cultivating magical community and providing platforms that help independent artists and herbalists experience success. At this time, we have been offered an opportunity to expand Yarrow & Sage beyond the borders of our little shop - and into the entire park!

 

Due to a small fire breaking out on one end of the building and code compliance issues in a (very!) old building, we are experiencing some hefty and unexpected expenses! We humbly ask our patrons and community members to consider donating in order to help make this vision manifest to its utmost potential.

 

WHAT IS WYRD WOOD VILLAGE?

This dream come true is our very own magical mini business park!

 

Home to Yarrow & Sage, a local apothecary & arts retail shop, this expansion will provide even more opportunities for local magic makers to offer their creations to the world. Wyrd Wood Village will aspire to feature the largest local selection of metaphysical books, in addition to 2 food trucks (including the much-loved favorite, Bistro Vonish!), a tea & coffee trailer (potions!), Wyrd Wood Readers (our tarot trailer!), AND Zucchini Kill Bakery (sweets!). Other plans include the addition of Wyrd Wood Wellness studio - a space for body and energy workers to wield their magic and offer healing services.

 

We are so enthusiastic about this project and especially cannot WAIT to welcome the tiniest of our magical friends by landscaping the park with local botanicals that encourage the presence of butterflies (and fairies!). The end result will truly be a sacred space in which to ground, recharge, mingle with kindred spirits, and experience a little bit of natural magic right in the midst of the city.
