Hurricaine Relief for Wright Family

Hello, my name is April Wright, and I started this campaign to help my family and myself rebuild our lives in the wake of Hurricaine Irma.  On September 10, 2017, the devestation from Irma swept through our city, Jacksonville, Florida and flooded our family home that I share with my husband, Randy, and daughters Olivia and Elizabeth.  The picture below is of the receding waters from our home as the mailbox was completely covered at one point.
Thankfully, we evacuated days before Irma arrived and are currently staying with family in the city.  Thankfully, we do have flood insurance and are awaiting the processing of our claim.  However, the insurance adjuster has warned us that there are a lot of hidden costs in the rebuilding process that are never fully reimbursed, so I should apply for aid from various other sources.  

Initially, GoFundMe donations will be used to address out of pocket costs not covered by insurance such as:
Lost wages due to storm 
Moving expenses
Monthly Storage rental
Food and Living expenses at temporary location
Expenses for cleaning and restoring damaged personal property. 

Ultimately, the remaining funds will go toward retrofitting our home to mitigate against future flood damage.
