Please help with medical bills due to ESRD

Hi my name is TaKesha Montague. Over the summer I was diagnosed with ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) and am currently on dialysis three times a week each session lasting 3.5hrs and that limits my ability to do much else. I am looking forward to my Transplant Evaluation appointment in January and i am praying and hoping to be added to the kidney transplant list at that time!

I have been on disability due to a serious car accident injury (and 4 surgeries later) since 2015. My income is limited to my disability check that I receive once a month and like many others struggling right now, I’m barely keeping my head above water! I’ve looked for assistance through non profit organizations and charities throughout the Dover area, and have been turned away!

Besides the physical limitations this disease had put on my body the stress of not having the ability to cover my copayment, prescriptions, gas , groceries and all the other bills has really taken a toll on my mental health! I’m trying to stay strong and positive as I know that’s what I need for myself for the best chance of recovery it seems like every time I turn around another one of life’s roadblocks stands in my way!
