Willy Street Chamber Players

Hello! We are the Willy Street Chamber Players, a classical string ensemble in Madison, WI established in 2015. We love our neighborhood and our community and believe that classical music can help bring us together!

Before the pandemic, we enjoyed performing popular summer concerts to packed audiences in our neighborhood. In addition, all of our musicians had thriving free-lance performance careers. This year, all of that changed. 

Musicians and artists have been hit hard during the pandemic, but we are dedicated to finding new and imaginative ways to keep bringing healing live music to YOU. From virtual concerts to our innovative new “micro-concerts” we are getting creative to keep the music alive. 

Let's be honest: we don't know what live performances will look like for the foreseeable future, but we do know that art and music are absolutely necessary—now more than ever!
