Will Willis is 33 years old. He is a loving and devoted husband to his wife Bonnie. They have four little children, three boys and one girl. He works as an Engineer with the Asheville Fire Department and co-owns an electrical business. Will also serves his community as a volunteer with the Ebbs Chapel Fire Department. He has selflessly served with this group for 15 years, and currently serves as Deputy Chief. After undergoing surgery to remove his kidney in April of this year, he was diagnosed with a rare subtype of Translocation Renal Cell Carcinoma. A scan six months later shows that this aggressive cancer has returned in multiple areas. At Will's most recent doctor visit, the doctor spoke in terms of months not years to enjoy life with his family. Unfortunately, there are currently no proven curable options for this type of cancer. Will and Bonnie will be making further treatment decisions after an upcoming scan in December.
