Will's Journey: Kidney Disease and Loss

Hello, my name is Billy. I’m 34 years old, and I’m currently on dialysis due to polycystic kidney disease—a condition that has finally caught up with me in life. It’s been a tough journey, filled with challenges like constant medical treatments, hospital stays, and the weight of mounting bills. Sadly, some of these expenses aren’t fully covered by Medicaid, leaving me in a difficult position.

That’s why I’ve created this GoFundMe—to help me get back to the life I’ve been fighting so hard to reclaim. I’ve been on dialysis for almost four years now, and I’m so close to finally getting on the kidney transplant list. However, there are still financial hurdles I need to overcome to make that dream a reality.

After losing my parents, I’ve had to navigate this battle on my own. I can’t rely on them for support, though I know they’d be here for me if they could. I just need a little help to clear these obstacles and take that final step toward getting the life-saving transplant I’ve been waiting for.
