Helping Wildlife & Rehabilitators in Need

Southern Flyer holder LaRya Garcia had her 2 year old bonded baby "Mikey" seized by Pennsylvania Game Wardens! LaRya had this baby for two years and he is the sweetest little boy. He was legally obtained from a Florida breeder and given to LaRya as a gift. People know her for helping animals and someone brought 2 baby Eastern Gray squirrels to her which she raised for release as there a zero licensed rehabilitators that would take them. Her evil neighbor turned her in and PA Game Wardens came to her home in Cumberland County, PA. They took the Gray Squirrels and just hard released them into the yard with no preparation for release. The wardens bullied her into handing over the flyer and it was transported to a rehabber. This same case has already been fought and won in 2004 with legally owned “Nutkin” and the judge returned him to the family he was seized from. We also run a small wildlife long term care and rescue facility helping orphaned / disabled wildlife and also assist rehabilitators in need nationwide. Our immediate need is formula and supplies for rehabbers in areas affected by yesterdays severe storms in the Midwest. Many trees have come down orphaning baby squirrels and other wildlife. Your generous donation will go toward helping those in need. Also, we recently bought a building for long term care and triage and unfortunately the roof is badly in need of replacement. A replacement roof is approximately $9000 and all of our funds are spent on formula and care for these unfortunate animals. Any help even a dollar would be greatly appreciated.
