Wheelchair modification for kitchen and driveway

We need our kitchen+driveway made wheelchair accessible. I was hurt on the job in 1995.i broke my neck, and after several life threatening falls because of not having wheelchair accessibility we decided to try this route. We are upset that we have to ask people for help because we know times are so difficult for many. Truly disappointed because we hoped our insurance would give us what we needed by now. They did not. I had a fall last spring, Kim was in bed and I went for a glass of water,because of an inaccessible kitchen I had to walk with my cane, I fell. Kim woke up when she heard the bang, traumatized she miraculously controlled the bleeding and called 911,they told her she saved my life. A few years ago, a neighbor did as well, it was too muddy for my chair outside and I used my walker, but my legs gave out, I fell striking my head on our house foundation, they heard that crack from the next laneway and came running as they called 911.I love life,I don't want to fall and die.
