Seeing Sir Chris Hoys idea of a charity bike ride Tour de 4 I thought Why not and of course the problem this time is I'm not much of a cyclist having only cycled 2.5 miles to the pub and sometimes managing 2.5 miles back 10 years ago So with help from my personal trainer Emily borrowing various bikes from family here we go Padded shorts ordered 60 k can't be that bad can it ?
