After 15+ years collaborating on strategic, academic operations at major universities in her home state of Texas and Tommy traveling the nation excelling in logistics, distribution, security, and customer relations, Tommy and Tiffany are ready to trade in meetings and logbooks for charcoal and bbq pits — by launching a food truck to serve communities in Oklahoma.
As a certified culinary chef and seasoned administrator, we’re combining our love for food and passion for service to create something truly special: Willis Barbecue, a mobile kitchen that brings comfort food, connection, and care to where we live and work everyday.

- Community favorites based on local feedback
We’ll park at schools, churches, community centers, and town squares as well as offer reoccurring locations and times — anywhere folks gather and good food is needed, we want to be there.
