We Are Team Nicole

So many of you have asked in the past few weeks if there is anything that you can do to help the Polo family right now, so we have created this site as way for friends and family to be able to help the Polos financially. 

As you can imagine, they have been experiencing significant medical expenses, so this fund will help defray some of those costs and allow their focus to remain on Nicole's comfort and daily care.
