As a parent I feel the deepest despair in witnessing children affected by war.

I can’t help feeling guilty at how lucky I am to be able to tuck my son in at night without fear, in the knowledge he has everything he needs in life.

We are geographically the lucky ones.

I am running the Brighton marathon in April to show up for children, I am by no means a runner and this is no easy feat for me, so I really appreciate any support to keep me going.
