Hi! My name is Isaac Webb! I am almost 13 years old. I will be an 8th grader at Chicago SDA elementary school and an active pathfinder of the Shiloh Trailblazers club. I am a member of the drill team, the drum corps and the pathfinder bible experience team. I am also a part of my church's media team and sing in the youth choir. I am also a part of the Tuley Park Violin Club.
In a few weeks, my mother Margareth Douyon-Webb and I plan to go to Bois Pin, Haiti for my first medical mission trip! This is a once in a lifetime adventure for me and I am very excited!
Bois Pin is a very small, poor community. My mom told me that the people there have no job opportunity and most of the kids there can't even go to school because their parents have no money. My heart goes out to them and I want to help them!
Bois Pin has no medical clinic and there is no hospital close by and that is why the people even the youth suffer with high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke and a lot of the people there are becoming blind!
Part of my mission trip is to participate in the little school first kindergarten graduation and to finish painting the school.
As a pathfinder, I am a "Servant of God and a friend to man". I am willing to go and serve my brothers and sisters of Haiti.
