How many of you truly treasure your grandparents? I know we truly treasure our Abuela... she is getting older and most of her care has fallen on my own mother. However my mom has a busy schedule of her own and can’t always give all the time and attention that my grandmother needs.  I would love to be able to take on some of the responsibility. My grandmother loves our country farmhouse, a big change from my mothers small subdivision. She really enjoys being out in the garden. We have an extra room in our house that we would love to convert into a bedroom for my Abuela so that she can come stay as often as her heart desires. Also we need a room on the first floor since the stairs can be a challenge for her. We have a large family (5 children) and she needs a space of her own away from the craziness of a full house. The room needs some drywall, paint, and floors and we need to have some bedroom furniture and small tv for her. Please help us make room for her in our home so that we can enjoy her and help care for her. Thanks so much.
