Jack Slezak is the nicest man you'll ever meet. A hard worker, loving husband, Father of two beautiful daughters, caring son, friend to many, and so much more. Jack is always the first to lend a hand to anyone in need expecting nothing in return all the while never asking for help himself.
The day after Christmas Jack was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He is beginning chemotherapy treatment and there is a chance that he will need to have a stem cell transplant.
If you have the means to donate, even if it is just one dollar, your generosity will help Jack and his family. The funds rasied here will be used to help to pay for Jack's medical costs, donor testing, treatments, lost wages and any other unforeseen financial burdens while he is in the hospital.
In the event that he would require a transplant, a donor would need to be identified, Many of his friends, family and coworkers have inquired about how to become a donor. For this reason and so many others, we are eternally grateful. Many people may be unaware that there is a fee for the testing that is required to find a donor match. Unfortunately, the testing costs would need to be paid at your own discretion. We would not expect anyone to pay for this if it is not affordable to them. For this reason and others, we have started this account.
