Virginia's Cancer Treatments
Spende geschützt
Hello Family, Friends and All,
I would like to take a moment of your time to share my cancer story, although I am slowly recovering from the cancers I will soon be on the road to being cancer free and proud to say I beat cancer! I would like to share my story to help others that are in a similar situation as me. Cancer is a terrifying life experience to anyone that has endured it or have been affected by it. Cancer has tested my faith, patience and trust in God and the people I've loved. My name is Virginia Coffman. I am a 46 year old mother, wife, professional bodybuilder, and a multiple cancer patient survivor.
I've always lived a very healthy and fit lifestyle. All of you that are close to me, understand my love for fitness competitions (Professional Bodybuilding). I always thought that I'd be invincible from any sicknesses due to my committed healthy lifestyle.
I started to develop migraine-like headaches and felt sick from them. I took it upon myself to get checked out by physicians, and was later told that I had developed 5 different types of Brain Cancer. I was shocked and in disbelief and could only think, "Why me???"
I was immediately placed on treatment medications to subside the brain cancers. A few weeks into treatments, the doctors later discovered I had developed severe Lung Cancer. I then had the whole world crash down on me. I was broken inside and out. I was put on Chemotherapy treatments and slowly lost my hair, I felt sick and there were times where I bid my farewell goodbyes to family members because I thought I was going to die.
On top of all the multiple cancer treatments I was on, my health insurance had maxed out and couldn’t support my ongoing cancer treatments financially. I was struggling to cover medical bills and was unemployed for a small moment during the cancer treatments from being too weak to get out of bed and take care of myself.
I have currently beat the brain cancers and still do treatments for lung cancer and slowly healing from it, but I am staying positive as much as I can. I am extremely blessed and thankful for having a supportive group of family and friends to help me get through this tough situation in my life physically, emotionally, and financially. I am not the type of person to ask for financial help, since I am usually the one to help others out in need. I would greatly appreciate any monetary donations to help cover the medical expenses during my treatments, it would be very much appreciated.
Thank you All and God Bless,
Virginia
