Virginia "Jenny" Moermond's breast cancer battle

Hi, my name is Jen and along with my coworkers at The Christ Hospital Orthopedics, we are asking for your help to raise money for our coworker and good friend Jenny, who is 49 years old and battling breast cancer. Previously she had dedicated herself to taking great care of her mother-in-law, who was battling cancer herself. She sadly lost her battle in May of 2020. Shortly after, her husband asked her for a divorce, and she is now single and living on one income while fighting this horrible disease. She started her treatment on August 10th of this year and has had to miss several days of work due to the horrific side effects of chemotherapy. She has been to the emergency room and was recently hospitalized, accruing substantial medical bills over and above the cost of all of the testing and treatment to fight this disease. Jenny is a great friend to many, a mother of 2, and soon to be a first-time grandmother.
