Hello my name is Erica Dorsey I'm creating on behalf of Dionne Perry on January 4 2023 GOD unexpectedly called one of his sons home as we were not prepared for this tragedy we are asking for donations to aide with sending our sweet Victor home. If you knew Victor affectionately known to family and friends as Buster you know the sweetness, pureness of his soul. He was the kindest most loving caring son brother and friend. He could sell water to the ocean. His smile laughter and personality was infectious. He was the person that would help anybody without expecting anything in return and i do mean anybody. His kind loving spirit will truly be missed by all who he encountered.
