Vicente Family - Typhoon Mawar Recovery
Don protégé
It's been two decades since Guam has faced a catastrophic typhoon. Typhoon Mawar, a category four typhoon, has swept across the island with 150-plus mile-per-hour winds and heavy rain that lasted about two days. This event has left many with damaged homes, no electricity or running water, and cellular service to reach families. We are thankful there were no deaths or serious injuries.
I am reaching out in hopes of assisting my family back home with rebuilding the structure of our home, obtaining the necessary tools to clear the debris, and replacing main household items damaged as a start.
Recovery will be a long process for the island and hopefully assistance will be provided to soon.
With sincere gratitude, I thank all in advance for sharing this post, donating, and sending kind words our way. ❤️
Thank you all very much!
