Vet expenses for Tiger

It's a miracle I have Tiger with me today. Two nights ago he was close to death after being attacked by a pit bull who shook him like a rag for several minutes. Only because I held on with the leash and a neighbor came out later with pepper spray do we still have him with us. Tiger is a miracle. All the while I was claiming the promise God had given me years ago that I would have Tiger for a very long time. A nearby vet God reminded me of took him as their last patient for the day and did emergency surgery on his trachea. The cost is over 4000. I emptied my bank account in order to make the initial payment. I need to replenish the funds so that I can pay rent in a few days and upcoming living expenses for the month including special food for Tiger. God is faithful and I know He will provide.
