Vera Wood's Medical and care fund

On Sunday May 28th Vera Tecza Wood a brain aneurysm burst which caused a stroke.  She was air lifted from Sidney NY to Albany NY, where she has undergone surgery to repair the brain aneurysm.  She has had a second surgery to put a shunt in to drain the fluid off her brain to help with the pressure and swelling.  The Doctors are taking the treatment day by day.  She will remain in ICU for now as she needs around the clock attention.  As her condtion improves they will be able to do more tests to determine her course of treatment.  For now they are keeping her comfotable and treating her as best as they can. 

We have set this gofundme account up to help  Vera and her family with the insurance deductable and hospital bills. She will need medical attention round the clock for an undetermined amount of time.  Any thing you can donated will be highly appreciated as she was self employeed as a hair dresser and can no longer work.
