vehicle for husband to get to doc.

I recently totaled our only vehicle , my husband and i are disabled and have many doctor appointments between the both of us , we live on 730.00$ dollars a month , we need help to get a dependable ride to get us to our doctors and grocery store and such , we are both home bodies due to our health issues , we only leave the house when we have to , theres no way we can afford car payments , if you find it in your heart to help , please help us , we need a ride really bad , no amount is too small , every little bit will help, thank you and God bless.
