Things are taking shape at Victory Christian Academy! We have begun our third year in the Arnold location, and have clearly seen the Lord’s continued blessings on our school. Enrollment has been steadily on the rise and we are seeing increased interest in Christian education. Encounter Church continues to make changes and upgrades to their meeting space. And a planning committee has been diligently laying the groundwork for possibly launching a high school in the near future. It’s an exciting time at VCA!
In order to raise funds to build a great future for the students at VCA, we are introducing the “VCA Gift Match” program. The purpose of this campaign is to reach, and hopefully exceed, the goal of $60,000!! Every GIFT that comes from a VCA family, grandparents, friends, churches or local businesses earmarked for “VCA Gift Match” will be MATCHED from a donor fund that has already pledged $30,000. It’s that easy. Every gift is automatically doubled!
Let’s help build this fund together. Everyone will be able to track the progress of the “VCA Gift Match” at the table in the front hallway at VCA. Using large building blocks, every $2,000 mark that we reach will raise the stacks another block. Let’s reach our goal - a six foot tall block tower, representing $60,000 raised for VCA! Better yet, one of our very own Victory Dads is generously making the building blocks for this endeavour, so let’s exceed the goal and make him build extra blocks!
Those who have done their research know that Victory’s tuition is among the very lowest in the St. Louis area. Despite this, VCA still tries to extend additional financial assistance when possible to those families that need the help. It’s what Victory has always been about.
Because Victory strives to be so attainable for Christian families, the low tuition does not cover it all. Victory relies heavily on its annual fundraisers as well as outside giving to supplement what tuition alone does not cover. And as our school grows, so do those needs.
In the past two years we have reached and exceeded our fundraising campaign goals through the generosity and faith of grandparents, churches, businesses, envisioned partners in the ministry of VCA, and through you! Let’s meet and exceed this goal again in the 2019 “VCA Gift Match” as we build blocks for a bright future for the students of Victory Christian Academy.
