Hope's Adoption Fund

Many of you have followed Emily and her family during their foster care journey. Please consider helping them complete this huge milestone for Hope and the rest of their family.

A note from Emily:

Some of you know, but most of you don’t. Hope isn’t adopted, after her case closed I was granted guardianship of her, but she does not share our last name. And, in fact Hope isn’t even her legal name. BUT about a month ago I was finally able to put the ball in motion and begin the process to officially adopt my girl!

While I'm beyond excited, this is a bit of a financial strain on my family, as a single momma and only provider for my home.

This is completely out of my comfort zone, but some have asked if I have a GoFund me. Until now I didn't, and wasn't sure how I felt about it. But, if you'd like to help us with this milestone for our family, I'd be forever grateful!

God willing this girl will be a Dunavent before Christmas! We’ve prayed for this time for years, and I’m so thankful it’s able to finally happen.
