Hello! I am currently a second year. I am a first generation immigrant kid. I am financially independent currently. My parents cut off ties with me due to my sexuality and mental health issues. I am seeing a therapist at the Women’s Center. I am working a part time job but am hesitant to pick up more shifts during the pandemic due to my autoimmune disorder along with asthma issues. I am taking on a full semester of classes as well as working an unpaid internship. I am trying my best however, I am afraid that I might run out of funds for rent and tuition. I have some saved up from working in retail since I was 16 but again I am afraid I’m running low. Any amount is deeply appreciated and if not it’s okay! Words of encouragement helps definitely. I hope everyone is staying safe out there.
