USF Racing is a student-run organization that aims to provide real-world experience to students in fields such as engineering and business by participating in the design, manufacturing, and competition stages of Formula SAE. Our racing family is composed of students from various backgrounds and majors. We provide them a place where they can collaborate towards a unified goal, SAE competitions.

USF Racing designs and builds a new race car every year using funding provided by the University of South Florida and generous sponsors. Our team puts the car through various tests and prepares it for competitions that are mostly organized by SAE International. We compete against international teams and throughout this process, active members exercise and sharpen their technical, communication, and leadership skills. 

At USF Racing, we take great pride in preparing our members to be effective and competitive in their future careers.
