David Rakowski 's medical bills

Dave Rakowski was seriously injured in an ATV accident. He  underwent 6 hours of  reconstuction surgery on his jaw.  In the accident he shattered his lower jaw and broke his upper jaw in multiple places.  He has a metal plate on one side of his jaw and his mouth will be wired shut for 8 weeks. His recovery will be slow and he will incur multiple medical bills.  He is in need of any donations to help with the medical bills. Any help would be very much appreciated by Dave and his wife Anu.
