Help Snell Move Out!

My name is Phoenix. I'm a queer artist who lives in Tennessee. My current living situation is in a house that my grandmother owns. She is transphobic and often mentally and verbally abuses my mother and me, but we have been able to manage it because she is living in a different house.

Unfortunately, she is rather mentally unstable and often threatens to sell our dwelling whenever she has an episode. All it takes is one impulse decision and I could lose my stable housing. This is complicated further by the fact that she is transphobic and does not respect my name and pronouns, and is also dating a terrible man who has stolen from her and often tries to convince her to sell her belongings so he can benefit.

I have decided that I am moving out. I am going to need $2-3k for application fees, moving expenses, and rent.
