My name is Norma, and I'm fundraising for my sister, Julie Spicer, who's in the hospital in Puerto Vallarta, MX, needing to get back to the United States to get proper medical care. She fell ill while in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with the flu, which quickly escalated to pneumonia and then to sepsis. She was on the road to recovery from it all but now has come across more hurdles.
