Urgent Help for Dialysis and Living Expenses

Hello my friends. I'm in need of some help. I was diagnosed with kidney disease a little over a year ago and the progress of my kidneys dropped dramatically to where I now have to go do dialysis 3 times a week. In the meantime, while I'm working on getting myself better, I took a medical leave of absence from work and they fired me because of my condition. I have no way to pay for my medical, prescription, and bills, and I could really use some help.
