Hi everyone, my name is Danaka.

Earlier today, my mother and her husband lost their home in a tragic house fire. Sadly, the house is now completely destroyed and unsafe to live in.

The Red Cross was able to give them a $300 debit card, which has covered a hotel for just a couple of nights. After that, they will have nowhere to stay and no belongings to rely on.

We are asking for any help you can offer to support them during this incredibly difficult time. Donations will go toward clothing, basic necessities, and a deposit for a new home or apartment so they can begin rebuilding their lives.
