My loving Brother

On Saturday, July 13th, my brother Jerel went into the local Duane Reade at 320 W 145th St, New York, NY 10039, to get some Gatorade after doing a few rounds of POGO. As we entered, we witnessed a person stabbing the unarmed security guard. Jerel quickly intervened, stopping the attacker from killing the guard. During the struggle, Jerel was injured, receiving multiple stab wounds. However, with quick thinking, he managed to avoid fatal injuries, narrowly missing a stab to the heart by centimeters, resulting in a collapsed lung. He is now in recovery.

Throughout the ordeal, Jerel's primary concern was the severely injured security guard, who was losing a lot of blood. Even on the way to the emergency room, his thoughts were with the man he helped. After hours in the operating room, the security guard survived, which brought great relief to Jerel, allowing him to rest and focus on his recovery.
