UNITY IN THE COMMUNITY FESTIVAL

I am trying to fundraise because if I cannot come up with an active budget, I will not be able to do this festival this year. This festival is huge because it's so important we provide this opportunity for our youth in this community to engage in something positive rather than the drugs and alcohol. This festival is also so important because it creates an opportunity for people to build and strengthen relationships within the McKenzie Valley communities. A festival like this helps give a community that is suffering a beacon of hope, despite the current economic circumstances we're confronted with here. By engaging not only our youth, but all the members of our community we begin to foster an environment that encourages value for community as well as the positive changes that will make our communities stronger and more sustainable. There's going to be 9 bands, arts and crafts vendors, and amazing food. Games and kiddie sprinklers for the children. A portion of the proceeds from the festival will be given to McKenzie Arts and Music Programs. Hope to see you all there, so much love!
