Undergoing Mental Health Crisis

So I recently started on the road to getting help for my mental issues. 3 days after starting medication for my Panic Disorder, Depression, and ADHD I had a severe panic attack that lead to a flood of suicidal ideation. I was made to go to the ER for immediate help and am now at home on unpaid medical leave. I need help with bills for the next month and have no short term disability insurance to cover it. I have a wife and child that depend on me and I feel like I'm failing them. Please help me.
