Farewell Uncle Richard "Ricky" Resa...

Dear family, it is with a very heavy and painful heart that we bring this very sad news to you of the passing away of our Uncle Richard "Ricky" Resa. Uncle Richard contracted the corona virus while residing in Florence, Arizona and passed away on May 14, 2020 at 8:32 pm.
Our uncle is no longer suffering in this world, he is in heaven with our heavenly Father, his parents Alberto and Cruz Resa and joins his brothers and sisters in heaven: Eloise Morin, Gustavo Resa, Beto Resa, Fidel Resa and Marcella Lopez. He is survived by the following sisters: Sara Palomino, Emma Chapman and my mother Lily Chavez.
We invite family members to please contribute to the cost of cremating and eventually burring Uncle Richard’s remains, so he can be laid to rest with his parents at Visalia Public Cemetery. It is our hope to make this expression of love, for our departed uncle, as inexpensive as possible.
We have updated and itemized cost information for the loving task of bringing Uncle Richard to rest in Visalia. Since our uncle passed away in Arizona we selected a crematorium in Phoenix, AZ to retrieve and cremate his remains for us. The funeral director kindly agreed to deliver Uncle Richard's urn to their second branch location in Fullerton, CA in October (2020) - in order to save us on the very expensive cost of having the post office mail and deliver his urn to CA. Between now and October our uncle's ashes will be housed safely, in an urn, at the funeral home in Phoenix. Once our uncle's urn is delivered to Fullerton in October, me and my brother Tony, will pick it up and personally deliver it to the cemetery in Visalia.

Accu-Care Cremation & Funerals, Phoenix AZ $777.22 | to cremate our uncle's remains.
Visalia Public Cemetery, Visalia CA $1488.08 as of May (2020) | the cemetery informed me the quoted price is subject to change but it isn't likely because I understand pricing information changes annually and not on a monthly basis.
TOTAL COST: $2,265.30*
