Umbra and Her Cystitis

UPDATE: Urinalysis and Anti-Inflammatories were prescribed, bringing the total needed up to $570.

Hello everyone!

This cutie is Umbra, my five year old tripawd kitty. She had an unexpected bout of FIC, and has been peeing blood. Last night (June 12th, 2025), I took her to the emergency vet to get her some help because she started urinating outside of her litter box.

And while I paid the cost, it was something I really couldn’t afford, sticking it on my credit card.

So, I am here, asking you — my friends, family, and strangers on the internet — to help me pay the basic cost of this emergency appointment.

Her treatment will probably wind up being more than this amount, but I would feel uncomfortable asking for anything more than what I paid for the emergency vet.
