Hello! My name is Sophia. In September I’m going to have an outpatient procedure done and I need some help covering the facility fees that I know aren’t going to be covered by my insurance. This bill is due by July 30th,2022. 

 

Currently I’m working full time as a case manager for the disabled members in my community. Anyone who goes to work in a field helping people know that it’s not for riches or for glory.Any help at all towards reaching my goal would be greatly appreciated.I added the extra $200 to help cover GoFundMes processing fees.Thank you all so much.
