Due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, both Uccello's and Herb & Fire have been required to close their dining rooms. Our Team has been tremendously impacted by this mandate, having experienced a dramatic shift in the way we operate.

All eight of our locations are still open for takeout and delivery. And our Team is incredibly grateful to those of you who are still able to support us through these outlets.

However, the reality is, we have over 600 Team Members. As hospitality workers, without a dining room to serve guests in, their hours and tips have significantly decreased.

We've created this GoFundMe Page so you can "tip" our Team virtually! The funds we raise will go directly to our Team Members who are most impacted by the change and are most in need.

We'd also love for you to share some of your favorite experiences at our restaurants, to help lift our Team's spirits during this transition!

We are all hopeful this will end soon, and we cannot wait to get back to providing you the dine-in hospitality you know and love.
