Jesse

I'd like to introduce you all to an incredible young man, my nephew,  Jesse Foote. This kid's infectious smile is all of that, and his personality is one we would all like to have.
Unfortunately, he has taken ill with some sort of bacterial infection that has his organs shutting down and has developed septic shock.  
He will be in a chemically induced coma for 3-4 weeks and when he finally gets to go home, I can only imagine the discomfort.
And as we all do, I am sure he lives check to check, and will no doubt need assistance to get back on his feet after not working and those hospital bills can rack up quick.
If you have a little to spare please do, if you don't, keep him in your thoughts.  It all helps
