Type 1 (D.A.D.) Diabetic Alert Dog

The woman this fundraiser is for is Kelly McGuire. She was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 18 and has been living with this uncurable disease for 11 years. I, her boyfriend, after dating her for 2+ years, I've decided to make her my wife. As much as I would love to be there for her every moment of every day, our schedules just don't allow it. And there are a lot of times throughout the day and even weeks where I'm worried about her health and well-being. With that being said, I've decided to propose to Kelly and I would love to do that with a diabetic alert dog. My hope is, that whenever I am not around, that I can feel worry-free and secure knowing that Kelly will have a companion with her that can help her through these hard times. Kelly is a very active member in the dance community here in Orlando Florida. That makes it very hard for her to be able to check her sugar levels, thus making it difficult for her to stay active within the dance community, and be completely healthy at the same time. With this Diabetic Alert Dog she will no longer have to worry about that as it will alert her incase of anything serious. Which in turn would allow her to keep living her daily life carefree. Any help you could give to this cause would be more than greatly appreciated. I will be doing everything I can to fund as much of this as I can on my own, so I can hopefully bring the cost down and propose as soon as possible. As of right now I would like to keep this as secretive as possible, seeing as it is part of my proposal. So I'm sending this to a select few until it's ready to be made public.

I'm very much in love with this woman and want nothing more than to make her my wife. I want to start a family and I want to grow with her as much as I possibly can. With that being said, her diabetes is a great worry for us at all times of the day and this would really put both of our hearts at ease.
