Trenton's Medical Recovery and Support

Saturday night early Sunday morning (6/11/23 approx 2:00AM) I was involved in an accident a few blocks from my apartment in Uptown Minneapolis. The other driver was masked and got out of the car and instead of checking to see if I was ok he tried to attack me. He opened my car door and started swinging. While resisting his punches he got even more upset and pulled out a handgun and put it to my head and I was pretty sure that this was the end. That’s when he shot me in the leg at point blank range and took off running into the darkness. I immediately closed my door reached for my phone and tried to call the ambulance. I then pushed the emergency button and got the dispatcher on the line, told them where I was and that I’d been shot. While in extreme pain I waited for the ambulance to come. When they arrived with police they got me into the ambulance and put my leg in a tourniquet to stop the bleeding and rushed me to the hospital. After multiple tests and X-rays I learned that the bullet went through without hitting any bone or major arteries. This was a miracle. I’m reporting this now because there has been ZERO media coverage about this which makes me feel like they are trying to act like this never happened while I’m suffering in pain and confusion. My car was immediately impounded for evidence along with all my possessions. Only one Minneapolis police officer had even contacted me to help me through this unfortunate series of events! Please share my story as the shooter is still at large. God has helped me be able to forgive him as I hope the same. But dude definitely needs to be punished for his actions. If law enforcement won’t , I know GOD will! If you can find it in your heart to donate I would be forever grateful!
