Help Artika beat Lupus!

Artika Mishra, 25 years old resident of Jersey city, NJ, is in desperate need for your help.

I am starting this campaign on behalf of Vimal Upadhyay, Artika's husband.

A year passed since she started her married life and everything was going well for her until last week when she was brought to emergency room in an unconscious state. She has not regained consciousness since then.
 
She has been diagnosed with Autoimmune disease called Lupus, where body's immune system acts against its own organs. Sadly, for her, it has affected her vital organs - heart, brain, lungs and kidneys. She is admitted at the Beth Israel Hospital, Newark. Her condition remains critical as of now.

Doctors have performed two major surgeries alongside ongoing dialysis and chemo treatments, while she continues to battle for her life. We all hope and pray for her to recover.
Her family will be financially strained for expenses incurred on medical treatment and long term rehab for recovery.
