As many of you know on November 12th, Tom & Donna Casey were in a very bad car accident. The driver of the other car hydroplaned and hit them head on and was sadly killed on impact.
We praise God that Tom & Donna are alive but they have sustained very serious injuries and are currently in ICU but the doctors expect a full recovery. However, their injuries are numerous:
Tom - fractured numerous ribs, chipped neck bone, shattered left hand, gash to the joint in knee, broken toe, multiple bruising and cuts
Donna - 6 fractured ribs, fractured back, broken wrist, spleen bleed, stitches in her finger
We are told Tom & Donna will need one or more surgeries for their injuries and expect them to be needing medical care for a while.
We know there are going to be many expenses that arise for their medical treatment that go beyond what insurance covers. In addition, Tom will be unable to work for some time.
More than anything, they need your prayers. We have set up this account and if you feel led to contribute, please know that ANY amount will be a huge blessing to them and the money will only go toward the many needs of their medical recovery.
The body of Christ is such an amazing support in a time of crisis and we are grateful to all of you for your prayers, love and concern.
