I am setting up this fund for my dear friend Karen Schuster so she won't lose her home and land.

The death of a loved one is never easy. But the unexpected death of a loved one is so much more devastating.

Karen is in that exact situation.

She lost her husband Jeff to a motorcycle accident at Pittsburgh International Raceway.

She is also in a situation where she could very well lose her land and her home.

With Jeff's unexpected death and no life insurance and also the lose of his income.

This has put her in a situation where there are many debts that have to be taken care of.

The land that they built their home on was only in Jeff's name at the time of his death.

Karen being Jeff's wife by law is the responsible party to a hugh amount of debt that is owed.

In order for Karen to have the land put in her name all debts have to be paid off, if not the debtors can put a lien on the land and her home which could mean her losing everything.

Karen is disabled and unable to work and has no other money coming in except for her disablity.

There is no possible way for her to come up with all the money to pay off these debts.

I am asking everyone and the racing community to please contribute generously to this fund so Karen can keep her land and her home.
