Longview and Graduates of 87'
   A lot of us know Timmy Mitchell one way or another. You see him standing out on the  corner of McDonalds on Hwy 80 walking a rut in the sidewalk. He was arrested the other day for sleeping on the property there. You can't blame McDonalds they just don't want it to be a pernament thing. I've taken Timmy down the road and to a hotel there on 80 so he would have a place to stay the night out of the cold. I'm ging to try and go down there and talk to the owner to see how much a monthly room would be for him. 
  I'm sure most of Class of 87 knew him one way or another and know he was a great friend and would never hurt a fly. I've taken him to luch several times even with my son who really likes Timmy too. There's no drugs or alcohol involved with him as most know. It was just after the death of his father and I'm sure other things his mind just let go. But here's the great part, if you ever want to feel stupid about sports go by and talk with him. He can name just about every football, basketball, baseball player and their stats. And for the 87' Lobo players he'll tell you your stats too. Its truly amazing.
  So if you can help me gather up some rent money for him I'd appreciate it.. God Bless Timmy
