Thomas Pinkney Humphries Sr of Austell, GA 30168 passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021. He was born on July 17th, 1938. He was 82 years young. Mr. Humphries served in the United States Air Force and worked his entire career at Glidden Paint Company as a Lab Technician. He was married to the love of his life Linda Humphries on September 2nd, 1966. They were married for 54 magical years. He was a Godly Christian man who loved his church family and friends. Thomas and Linda have two sons Thomas Pinkney Humphries Jr resides in Panama City Beach, Florida and Shone Humphries resides in Dallas, GA.Mr. Humphries is survived by his wife Linda Humphries of Austell, GA and sons Tommy and Shone Humphries. He has 6 grandchildren Brittany Howard, Luke Humphries, Dylan Humphries, Tyas Humphries, Jaydon Humphries, and Kariss Humphries. Along with his surviving family members Mr. Humphries loves his extended family also with too many to name. He loved everyone. He was loved by many. Mr. Humphries was the youngest of 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He is preceded in death by his mother and father Benjamin and Ethel Humphries brothers Wilbur Humphries and James Humphries sisters Frances Richardson and Novine Broome.
A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Thursday, May 6th, 2021. Visitation is from 2-4 PM with family and friends following service from 4-5. Come and celebrate the life of a great husband, father, and grandfather.
