To the Friends and Family of the Rivera Family,

Sunday, August 20, 2017 is a day I will never forget. It was the day my cousin Glenda Rivera and her family were in a horrific car accident.

The tragedy claimed the life of her husband, Ricky Rivera. It also left her younger son Andrew with injuries requiring multiple surgeries, and although he is still in the hospital, he is in stable condition.  Thankfully, Glenda and her older son Anthony sustained minor injuries.

Even if you only met Ricky once, you know how much he will be missed. He was a special person in life and he will remain special in spirit. There is no way to quantify this loss, and all the family asks is your continued love, support, and prayers.

It may be the furtherest thing from their minds, but we know the harsh reality: this tragedy will bring a huge and immediate financial burden. So, a few of us relatives created this campaign for those who may want to help financially. Please, only give what you can, if you can.

Please continue to lift them up in prayer for strength and healing.
